Ltd. (\u201cRenoir\u201d), an independent consulting firm specializing in supporting profitability improvement of business operations across Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Upon completion, Renoir will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group.<\/p><p>Since its foundation in 2011, YCP Holdings\u00a0has pursued business expansion through proactive M&amp;A, with the aim of becoming a professional firm leading Asia. In 2022, the Group further advanced into Professional Solutions Services\u2014including digital transformation and other areas of growing client demand\u2014thereby driving both the expansion and sophistication of our services.<\/p><p>Against this background, the Group has agreed to integrate Renoir into its operations, which since its founding in 1994 has established a strong reputation in \u201cOperational Excellence Consulting (OEC),\u201d helping clients enhance productivity and achieve sustainable business improvement through hands-on execution and behavioral change.
